Silverline on board as title sponsor The British Indoor 4x4 Show has a new headline sponsor for 2010, in the shape of Silverline 4x4 and Mickey Thompson Tires. Silverline is well known to TOR readers as one of the UK’s leading and most respected independent suppliers of wheels and tyres for 4x4s, whether on-road or off-road. Peter Johns, Publisher of Total Off Road and Show Director, said: ‘This is great news for the Show, which is moving from Donington to its new home at Staffordshire Showground. Following the success of past shows, we’re already close to selling all the available space in the main hall at Stafford and expanding into the connected areas within the complex, and we’re now working on new features to add entertainment for visitors.’ Chris Dawson, of Silverline 4x4 and Mickey Thompson Tires UK, said: ‘We are delighted to become the headline sponsor for the British Indoor 4x4 Show. It has become a well established and important part of the 4x4 calendar, and is an important event for us to profile Mickey Thompson Tires. We think the new venue and date for the Show will mean it continues to go from strength to strength.’ |

| After many successful years at Donington, the British Indoor 4x4 Show is on the move for 2010. Mark the new date and venue in your diaries now!
Total Off Road is pleased to announce the date and venue of the 2010 British Indoor 4x4 Show. Owned by the magazine since 2005, the show has become a firm fixture in the 4x4 calendar, bringing together the best in the business to create a unique one-day-only supermarket specialising in everything a serious 4x4 fan could ever want. The show has always been associated with Donington Park, where it's been based since its inception, but since TOR took it over it's grown every year and has now reached the point where the hall there is no longer big enough. If you were at the show this year, you'll agree that it got pretty crowded - and with more traders than ever clamouring for stand space, we've decided to move to a new venue. So the new home of the British Indoor 4x4 Show is (drum roll)... Bingley Hall, located right at the heart of the Staffordshire County Showground. Located just north of Stafford itself, this is a few minutes from junction 14 of the M6, making it even easier to get to than Donington, albeit half an hour or so further west. For many of the Donington regulars who come from mid-Wales and Birmingham area, meanwhile, have an extra hour in bed, with our compliments. On that subject, we're relieved to say that the show's new date doesn't clash with the clocks going forward. Bingley Hall's hectic schedule means we've had to move the show back a month from its traditional slot in the calendar to 21st March - that's the week before British Summer Time begins (and a week after Mother's Day!) Something that we're pleased to say won't be changing is the unmatched variety of trade stands for which the show has become famous, giving you the chance to shop 'til you drop for everything you need for your vehicle. We'll be keeping the unique Modified Vehicles Display too, only now we'll be bringing it indoors, so you can pore over the best off-roaders in the warm! Just one of the ways in which the British Indoor 4x4 Show 2010 will be the best yet! |
